I am looking for a experience hindi teacher, willing to teach a student who has a informal background in the language. I am a native english speaker but speak Punjabi and understand hindi semi-fluently .
I am undertaking a university degree which has a second language requirement, and although French, Spanish, German is more traditional - my background encourages me to add to my working knowledge of Hindi.
Therefore, instruction must be approved by my department in order for me to complete what is required. I believe the department will request a syallbus and projected goals of instruction.

My proficiency language
in Japanese is very much at a
beginner level. I only happen
to know a few phrases, mostly
as a result from movies, music,
and some friends. I would
like to learn Japanese as I
have an interest in the culture
and knowing another language
wou ld be nice. I feel I need
improve ment in most of the
areas as I am just a beginner.
Ho wever, I do seem to have a grasp
on pronunciation /sounds of Japanese
in a way. The amount of time I'm
willing to dedicate to my language
les sons may be once a week, for an
hour or so? If this does not seem
enough, please let me know as I
don't seem to know what exactly
is needed or required.
Th e qualities I'm looking for in
a teacher who is knowledgeable
in the language, who is patient,
and is willing/enthu siastic about
teachi ng. I hope this is not
too much to ask for. Please

I am a beginner in Tagalog. Both of my parents are Filipino and fluent in Tagalog. Growing up in Canada, I was not receptive, nor interested in learning their native language and now I regret it. I find it embarassing to not know how to speak Tagalog, especially when I visit the Philippines and everyone assumes that I understand or speak the language.
I would like to be able to have a conversation in Tagalog and have good comprehension .
I am willing to commit to one lesson every week.
I am looking for a teacher who is flexible, practical, PATIENT and has a great sense of humor.
