Hi there! My name is Renee, I am very intersted in learning Spanish for travel and because I find it the most beautiful language. I have been attemping to teach myself Spanish on and off for about two years now, i would say i was a bit more then a beginner but not close to intermediate. I want to travel in Colombia and possibly Ecuador because I have family living in these locations. I have studied at Mount Royal college (University0 to a level 9 proficiency with a special group and have traveled many times to Spanish speaking countries. I lack vocabulary but have reasonably firm grasp of grammatical concepts.I have a rather odd linguistic 'impairment' in that I speak better than I understand, which is not to say that i don't make many mistakes when I'm speaking.
Depending on the cost I am prepared to have one or two X 1 hour lessons per week. I would also be prepared to join a group if there were no more than 3 students
