Hello,
My name is Frances Cheverton and I am interested in learning Danish. I recently spent three weeks in Denmark and fell in love with the culture, people and the language.
I have never learnt Danish before and I would be starting as a complete beginner. I have also wanted to learn another language and Danish is so different. I am looking for a challenge and I think this language will offer it.
I am currently study Social Work at the university of Queensland on a full time basis, but I have days off uni this semester that I would like to utilise. I am available twice a week for lessons and am happy to meet in person either at my home or in the city, maybe even at university?
I am looking for a teacher who is fun and can make the language interesting and enjoyable to learn. I am willing to give anything a try so, I am looking forward to seeing what you can offer me.

I have some limited ability to read danish but did not converse much at all. Can also understand some spoken danish... I have studied in Copenhagen for a semester last year and would like to learn some more as i would like to go back sometime. I have a full schedule, study and work, but i am determined to make time to learn.
