I want to learn French as it would be of great help to me in my future endevours. This would be the first time I would be learning French. That makes my proficiency level Beginner.
I can dedicate 2-4 hours a week (on weekends only)on learning French.
I would expect my teacher to understand that this would be the first time I will be laying my hands on French. I want to learn French for conversation and reading/writi ng purposes.

I plan to go to school go to college soon and wish to study history. Im really interested in French history but need the language to beable to read the primary sources as well as work in the country as I one day wish to do. I am a beginner but have studied other romance languages. I would really like to meet once a week or so depending on how far away the lessons are.
