I am contacting you concerning my son, David. We recently returned from a 2 wk vacation in Japan and he is very interested in learning the language. His father is interested also, but I would prefer to concentrate on lessons for David at the moment. I don't believe my husband will have the time to give the language his full attention. My son is 4th generation Japanese/Amer ican. His father was not taught Japanese in the home so our son feels that he wants to regain his rightful language. He is currently taking Spanish and Hebrew language classes. Will that cause a problem? David is a freshman in High School and would like to speak and write Japanese. He would be a beginner. I am first generation american, my parents are Norwegian, and I wish to improve my Norwegian. I learned to carry on simple conversations but I would like to improve my grammer and conversation level. I am a beginner, really interested in learning the vietnamese language. I am very interested in learning the language because I am married to a vietnamese man.
