I have just moved to France for nine months with my wife to work and experience French life and to learn the language. We are both beginners, we have been leaning using phone apps and Micheal Thomas, we also learnt at school.
We want to specialise on conversationa l French and gain practice and confidence speaking the language.

I learnt French for 14 years at school then haven't for a few years and feel it is a waste if I don't start up again just because I'm not around frenchpeople all the time.
Alth ough I learnt for a long time, my level is very very basic and I would love to be able to hold a proper conversation in French
Maybe 1-2 hours a week 1-1 with tutor and am up for putting in hours to learn around It at home.
Qualities I am looking for in a teacher is probably patient and creative in the way that they teach :)
