I would like to begin and learn Cantonese, and perhaps even Mandarin. I have never studied the language before, so I would be an absolute beginner. My reason is purely educational and for my own knowledge. I have always wanted to learn the language, and I hope to find a way to accomplish this through this site.
Time I am willing to dedicate? Well, I do work a lot, but I would be willing to dedicate a few hours a week to learning. I have been learning Mandarin for about a year and a half now. I have already taken 3 courses through the University of Toronto continuing education program and would like to continue learning more. I have been learning on my own for a bit now, and would like something more systematic.
