My level is high beginner. I took beginner I & II at Living Language, Jan - June 2003. I have been to countries in South America on 8 times since Nov 2002. 6 times since June 2004 (Colombia).
I also speak Parisian French.
I am learning Spanish to travel to Latin America and to communicate better with my girlfriend in Colombia.
I need to improve my conversation, grammer, vocabulary.
I want to spend 2 x 2 hrs per week in private class (Tue & Thur).
I want to be at the intermediate level to be understood and able to understand people most of the time by April 2006.
I am looking for a native Latin American Spanish speaking person who has many years experience teaching spanish to English speaking people. Someone who has a proven program to help me succeed in my goal.

I am a beginner and would like to learn Spanish for work purposes. I had one Spanish call in High School, that's all the training I have. I need to learn to read Spanish for work and I'd like to learn grammar and conversation as well. I'd like to have a class once a week with one of my co-workers who is at the same level as me. We work shifts for the government so we need a flexible teacher. We'd like to have our lessons at work. I need an outgoing teacher who focusses on communication and learning while having fun. I want to practice a lot.

I am a beginner. I took one year of Spanish in high school 10 years ago. We received a lot of written requests at work that are written in Spanish. I would like to improve my understanding of Spanish mainly for work. I also travel once a year, usually to Spanish specking coutries, and would like to be able to understand people when I travel.
I need definite improvement in grammar, conversation, and writing. I can sometimes understand the bulk of a message in Spanish at work but need to use a dictionnary to fully understand.
I would like to have lessons once a week if possible.
I would like a teacher who puts the emphasis on communication . I would like to learn by practicing and conversing, not reading books. I also would like a private teacher (not a class) who is fairly flexible as I work shifts.
