I would like to learn Assyrian because I am half-Assyrian , and I used to speak it when I was young, but have since forgotten. It is very important to me that I learn again to be able to speak with my relatives that do not know English very well. I am also pregnant with my first child, and it is also important that I keep the continue the Assyrian culture and language with my children. So I would like to be able to teach them to speak the language as well. I am more concerned with being able to speak Assyrian very well as opposed to reading and writing it, although that would be nice as well. I would like to have class for an hour or two a week, with practice at home every day.

I am interested in learning the language of Hindi, for conversationa l purposes as well as for business opportunities (career advancement).
I am a beginner, and only know a few basic greetings. I would like to be able to carry on a fluent conversation with others who speak Hindi, and also learn how to write in Hindi.
At this time I have approximately 2-3 hours per week to work on learning Hindi.

I'm wanting to learn this language so i can advance in college, and be able to go to Sweden as a foreign exchange student. I'm a beginner at Swedish. I would like to learn conversation, and family first, since that's important in my career i plan to go into. I can dedicate up to an hour every day during the week, and up to three hours on Saturday. I want straight forward teaching, and what the words might sound like in English. I prefer to move on pretty fast and if i need it to slow down, I'll let you know.

I am learning the Japanese language because I am going to be a foriegn exchange student in Japan for an academic year and they program requires me to learn at least 1 year's worth. I am a beginner in the language although I know some basics of Japanese. I would like to have anywhere from 45 minutes to and hour dedicated to my language studies. I would like a teacher who knows what they are doing, who can teach me the kanjis or symbols to each word if possible, I would enjoy it if they don't rush me I want to learn in a nice, slow way so I can understand. thank you much!
