I have no basic knowledge on Mandarin language. This will be the first time I am going to study Mandarin. I am interested to learn the language due to the advantages it brings in the business world. I am willing to spend 3-5 hours a week to learn Mandarin. I prefer teachers who are also fluent in Tagalog/Engli sh so that I can better understand the lessons.

My family is Chinese but only my grandfather and father couldspeak Chinese. My older brother will be leaving on September to study in the University of Xiamen. I'am a college student taking up BS in accountancy and I believe I need to learn chinese for my profession. Being in a business related course I want to learn the language of my future clients and for me to have an edge on my job.
I don't have any knowledge of the language but I'm dedicated to learn. I could dedicate 3 hours a week for my lessons. I prefer to have it in groups of 3-4. And i like a teacher who could at least speak in Filipino and fluently on my foreign language.
