I am learning Fusha Arabic because I want to understand the Quran and Ahadith Inshallah. I have studied a little already and can converse, read and write simple Arabic Alhamdulilah.
I want to learn Fusha in great depth and very INTENSIVELY - at least 5 hours tuition every day Inshallah. I would love to study with a teacher of Ahlus Sunnah wal Jammah. I want to study this year in my summer holiday for at least 1-2 months Inshallah.
To study in Makkah or Madinah would be a dream come true.

Intermediate level - but need much more practice in general conversation.
I can read and write Arabic and have been using an Advanced course book to learn specific vocabulary in Economics.
However I want to develop daily conversation, particularly articulating how I feel and understanding how others feel.
I would like at least 2* 2 hours a week - in the first few months.
Qualities in a Teacher: I really need the teacher to push me at a fast pace in my conversationa l approach - I want to make sure though that my Arabic is as clear as possible. The teacher should also have a clear idea on the types of phrases and vocabulary I need to acquire.
I work hard and therefore would accept the teacher asking me to learn large volumes of vocabulary for the next lesson.
I also need the Teacher to help me and train me to understand other people during conversation.

- I am learning Arabic because I think it is a charming language and now I would like to master it for career prospects too.
- I am going to Tunis from 1st to 16th July 2006 and will need someone to give me private lessons 3 or 4 hours in the morning everyday for 2 weeks as I won't be able to attend Bourguiba school since the start and for the whole month as I did 2 summers ago.
- I will need rather conversation maybe coming up from different topics and activities..

I am a practising muslim woman with the ability to recite the quran but unfortunelty, although I can read the quran I do not understand or write arabic hence the course. I would like to be able to read, write and understand the quran and be able to hold conversations with arabic speaking people.
I would like to spend upto an approximate of 3/4 hours per week is possible.
There are two qualities that I am looking for in my teacher these are; 1) teacher must be a muslim and 2) someone who has great knowledge of the Quran and Islam in general.
I would expect to undertake coursework/as signments etc and preferably undertake some test at the end to test my understanding etc whether in house or external.
