As I do travel to Franceand I deal with french very often.
I used to attend to L'Alliance Francais on 2008 and eventually proceed to advance class. Howevever, due to my busy schedule, I have been skipping classes and realise that I could not able to catch up with the class.
Phoni c is the one that I need to improve.
I am planning to have at least one hour personal tution and long term communication might be a wat to improve French.

1) Why you are learning your foreign language (e.g., career advancement, etc.).
I am an Australian living in Singapore and I will be marrying a French man in June 2013. I need to learn conversationa l French to be able to speak to his family.
2) Your proficiency level (e.g., beginner, etc.).
I have had many French classes over the years and also studied French in High school. My problem is my lack of vocabulary to be able to respond to questions and engage in conversation in French. If I had to pick a band level I would say intermediate.
3) The areas in which you feel you need particular improvement (e.g., grammar, conversation, etc.), if any.
I need improvement in conversation, at this point I would simply like to be able to hold a conversation with other French people. I am then happy to work on proper grammar, reading, writing etc.
4) How much time you want to dedicate to your language lessons.
Wha t qualities you are looking for in your lessons or in your teacher.
At this point, I am willing to dedicate as much time as necessary to be able to hold a conversation by June 2013. However I do work full time in a very demanding job, so I would like to start with a lesson once a week and if we required further commitment to meet the deadline, we would discuss then.
I am looking for a teacher who will be able to tailor their classes to suit my very specific needs, I want them to be able to analyze my skills and tailor their classes to ensure that I have the best chance of being able to speak French by June 2013.

J'ai un niveau B2 en Français et je souhaiterais pouvoir améliorer mon expression orale (communicatio n, prononciation , phonétique, etc.) que j'ai malheureuseme nt peu l'occasion de parler. Mon objectif est de la rendre plus fluide, plus abondante, plus variée. Maintenant je peux communiquer et participer autour des sujets de la vie quotidienne, comprendre et donner des arguments, mais je fais beaucoup de fautes.
Pour des raisons professionnel les et personnelles, je cherche un(e) professeur disposant d'une grande expérience donner des cours pour les anglophones, pour m'exercer à l'oral systématiquem ent. Très disponible à partir de novembre, je souhaiterais des rencontres de 2h au moins, toutes les semaines, à domicile, dans le centre de Singapore.
Tiens moi au courant. Au plaisir de vous rencontrer, peut-être.
