I have no previous knowledge of Japanese language or culture. I am interested in learning to speak Japanese for business overseas. I am currently a university student and am going to be majoring in International Business, so clearly, knowledge of the language would be a monumental asset, as you knowledge of the Japanese culture. I would like to dedicate at least three days a week, several hours each time to the study of Japanese from now (Feb. 2004) until the end of April of this year. I would eventually like to be able to speak Japanese fluently. I have found in the past that I am strong with Languages, namely French, Croatian English and Spanish. Although I am not sure how I would fare with an Asian language.

I have passed level 2 Japanese language proficiency test. I work as a translator (Jap-Eng, Eng-Jap, German-Englis h).
Since I learned Japanese on my own, I am not quite good at speaking. In fact I didn't have much opportunities to speak with native Japanese people.
I think I can manage grammar on my own. I need to learn to speak Japanese.
I can devote 5 to 8 hours weekly for this purpose.

Hello,
I would like to study both Japanese and Arabic (from differennt teachers of course!) in Tokyo around Shinjuku. I want to learn casual Japanese as I need to use it everyday. I met some people from Libya and would like to learn just a little Arabic. I am hoping to study the writing system and learn a few stock phrases in Arabic. I am more serious about the Japanese lessons. Male or female is ok but this is serious language study only.

I've done my Level 4 beginner level.
Iam learning Japanese language out of my own interest and also for my job hunt.
I thought that i can continue learning the language by myself at home, but later i found that it will be difficult for me to learn grammer by myself.

Hi i am a beginner student who has learnt little by my self and need tuition to improve my learning rate, i am learning japanese as i wish to visit japan once i am full proficient in written and spoken japanese as this has been a dream since childhood.
I believe i need to be taught from the basics in grammer and conversation skills and anyother related topics such as numeracy, i will be able to put in up to 5 hours or more a week at around about £10 a lesson but if you require more i may be able to pay more.
I would prefere a knowledgeable tutor who can teach me japanese in a fun and relaxed way which will make learning it more easy and fun, well if you fit this profile please contact me and i dont care if you are a student, teacher or what ever as long as i can learn japanese properly from you, male or female no preference as to weather study at home or at tutors home, ok thank you bye.
