I have traveled to Slovakia several times as a missionary. I spent three months there this summer, and fell in love with the people, and the country. I have to Latin America on a regular basis (at least monthly) for my job. The people I deal with on a business level all speak English. However, I would like to be able to understand them when they are speaking Spanish to each other. I also believe it would benefit me to be able to speak to them in their own language.
I have gone through about 1/2 of the level 1 Rosetta Stone. I know a lot of words in Spanish, but can only communicate in the most rudimentary, broken, Spanish.
I don't really care about being able to write Spanish. Being able to converse in Spanish is want I want to learn.
I would like to do one lesson a week in Spanish.
I would like a teacher that has good people skills and will be patience with me as I learn this language.
