I am interested in continuing my french studies. I have previously studied through college and have studied abroad. I have not used the language for years and dont want to loose it. My longtime boyfriend & his mother are both from Russia. I would like to speak with them in their language instead of English. Besides that, I am also just interested in learning another language. I'm a beginner with no training whatsoever. I am willing to dedicate a large amount of time, but in the evening. I'm going to UCLA, so I would have to take the classes at night.

My fiance and all of his family and friends are Thai. It's not very fun to go to dinner when you can't understand what they're saying especially when you hear your name come up several times. I know very little thai, just a few basic things like colors, days of the week, yes, no, and some things regaurding food because they own two restaraunt. I need to learn to hold conversations . I am willing to dedicate lots of time to learning if someone will teach me. i need a teacher who will work with me until i get the language right and will say things over for me so i can learn to say them properly. I need someone nice and understanding that wants me to learn as much as I want to.
