To Whom it May Concern;
I am looking to learn intermediate to advanced Brazilian Portuguese. My boyfriend is Brazilian and we are planning on living in his country for one year. I can dedicate as much as 2 days a week in the evenings or on weekends. I am pretty flexible. I speak both French and English with French being my first language. I have some knowledge of the language but I still stand at the beginner level.

My primary language is English, however both of my parents are portuguese (acores). I think I'm probably at a begginer level, I really suck at it. I would like to be able to speak with relatives and understand them.1-2 lessons a week would probably work for me at first, while I decide if this is something i can actually do. I'd like to learn portuguese but i'm not crazy about the dialect of the islands? However I'm willing to learn either.

I was born here in Canada but my parents are Portuguese and Italian. When I was in elementary I took both language classes to learn but I never stuck with it. I am 22 years old. I know more Portuguese then I do Italian. I understand alot of Portuguese but I dont know how to speak. I want to learn. Also I have a boyfriend for a year and a half and his family only speak Portuguese. I want to learn to comunicate with them. Im tired of aksing people, 'what did she say,' or 'what he say.' Thank you.

Good Evening,
I am interested in learning Brazilian Portuguese, if available. I have no previous experience so we would be starting at a beginner stage. 1. My proficiency level is beginner.
2. I would like to learn portuguese to understand what actors talk about in Brasilian telenovellas.
3. Grammar and conversation.
4. The time I am going to dedicate to the lessons will depend on my ability to understand conversation.
