i would like to learn italian so that i will be able to have a conversation with family that can only talk italian. i have some knowledge of the language but it is not very high. i would like to improve in my conversation skills in the italian language. i would like to dedicate a few hours every week possibly later in the evening. the qualitys i am looking for in a teacher is mostly just patience.

My family background is Italian and I would dearly love to learn the language.
I have a small knowledge of Italian, however am willing to start all over again as I would like my 7 year old to learn with me.

I have studied for one year as an exchange student at Uppsala University in Sweden. During this time I studied one course in Swedish and have developed a basic command of Swedish grammar and conversation skills. I would really like to maintain my Swedish and improve my fluency.
