My family is from India and I have always wanted to learn how to speak Hindi. I go to India every year and I am getting irritated not being able to communicate with my family members abroad. I am a beginner and only want to be able to speak, writing is not my concern. I am willing to dedicate at least 6 hours a month to learning Hindi.

I want to learn hindi because my family is Indian and everyone who spoke hindi are dead. The only person who knows some hindi is my father and it's not enough to have a conversation. I want to embrace my indian side, while also having an advantage of knowing another language when I do go out into the work force. I am at a beginner level. I would like dedicate atleast an hour to my language lessons. I am not looking for a type of quality in my teacher or lessons. All that I ask is that the teacher is patient with me.
