This is my second year studying French and I consider myself as intermediate. I studied french in high school and I went back to study it 2 years ago. I like the language but also I need to be able to analyse and study some documents written in french in order to complete my PhD.
The
Reason for learning: In order to complete my PhD, and to increase my career advancement. I like languages and like to be able to communicate to people in their languages.
I am willing to dedicate approximately 2-4 hours a week of class. I would like to improve in every area, specially in grammar and writting. I am not a good speaker in any language, so i would like to improve my pronuntiation .
The qualities I would like in a teacher is that he or she be knowledgeable in the French language and have patience with my pronunciation .

I am would like to learn french even though learning another language is especially hard for me. I took spanish classes in highschool and struggled to make decent grades. Becoming fluent in french is required for my major at UCF and I would like to have a good foundation before I begin taking classes.

I've studied French in high school and college and spent a semester in French which greatly increased my ability to understand and speak the language. However, I have lacked the capacity to practice the language for a good year now and really want to start up again! I am continuing to learn the language simply because i really enjoy it and because i'd like to be able to use in a career setting in the future.
I'd like to dedicate 1-3 hours a week...I would love to just get together to speak and use the language again and wouldn't mind doing some writing as well!
