My proficiency level is high beginner, perhaps low intermediate. I am learning Russian both for my own enjoyment and for possible career advancement. I need to improve my grammar, specifically my conjugations. I would like to have lessons once a week at minimum. As for the teacher qualities, I would only require non-complacen cy, but having a fun atmosphere would be a plus.

My duaghter is an advanced beginner in Japanese. We lived in Japan for five years, and she had a proficient level of conversation, fluent in hiragana and was learning Kanji.
We have been back living in the USA for a year now, and she is losing her grasp of the Japanese. We would like a private tutor to work with her 1-2 times a week.

I am a relative novice at the international language, but do have a powerful personal motivation to learn... I would like a teacher who is very patient, who is lavish with their praise and only constructivel y critical.
