I am an absolute beginner in Arabic, and am looking for an introduction to the language. As my sister lives in Toronto I would be interested in a one week course there sometime this summer, or in Halifax on an ongoing basis for one night a week, either with a small group or individually.

I am a teenaged student and I would like to be an egyptian archeologist when I am older. I have no knowlege in this language. Right now I would just like to know the basics. I would also like if I could have part of my lessons studying the gods and the religion. I can spend about 1 hour each day in a lesson. I can only have lessons via email and/or messenger. I would like an experienced teacher but right now it is not very important.

I have been studying arabic for 1 year and a half at Northwestern University. I would really like to improve my skills and I feel that a private tutor would be a great, great help to me, in addition to my classes at school. I am a beginner wanting to learn Arabic for personal reasons. I am very determined to learn this language and to learn it well. I need to learn all the fundamentals of this language. I am willing to dedicate as much time possible to learn this language. I am looking for a teacher who will be able to help me achieve this goal. They must be accurate and know what they are teaching,but patient as well. I know Arabic is not an easy language to learn.
