Hello. I'm a beginner, recently arriving back in Australia from a 3 week holiday in Thai. I'm wanting to go back, and need to improve my conversation. I was hoping for a 2 hr lesson once a week for 5 weeks.

I spent the first 3 years of my life in Indonesia and it was my first spoken language - I am interested in going back to Indonesia within late 2007 as part of a missions exposure trip to learn the culture and work with the local people. I would like to refresh my knowledge of Indonesia, the culture and the language.
I am a beginner. I work full time so night or weekend lessons would suit me better.

I am writing on behalf of my partner & I. We are both looking to learn some basic Thai as we will be travelling to Thailand mid 2007. (But we are sure it won't be the last time). I will be staying approximately 2 weeks to see & experience the beautiful country & culture so will like to learn the basics. My partner plans to stay at a Muay thai camp for several months after I leave and would like to learn how to communicate with Thai people in their language. We simply want to learn to speak the basics over the next few months (If we do well we would be happy to have more advanced lessons). I work during the day and my partner works at night so we would prefer to meet up for lessons on tuesday evenings if possible or if you would prefer weekends please let us know. My Proficiency level is beginner i've learnt some when i was there for 3 mths,my partner is Afrikaans and i would love to converse with her and her family and friends in their language!
The particular areas i need improvement are every thing, i'm a fast learner and dedicated so i will spend as much time as i need.
I'm looking for a teacher that not only knows the language but has learnt other languages and understands good teaching so i learn and retain everything
