I am pursuing Polish because of more career opportunities it may give me and for my personal reasons that I love the language and want to be fluent in another language.
I would say that I am conversationa l or intermediate level.
Howev er, I feel that specifically I need improvement in grammar and of course in having a larger vocabulary.
I would like to dedicate a couple times a week for 2.5 months this summer, however, only if it is affordable.
I am looking for someone that is easy to talk with and that enjoys speaking about Poland.

I want to continue to learn Polish because it's something I started months ago to communicate better with a friend, and I still want to reach that point of talking to them, conversationa lly, in their native language.
I would be a beginner - been diligently working through Rosetta Stone; however, I recognize the strong need for personal interaction in order to learn a language better.
I' d love to have a person that the two of us can go around Chicago, chill out, and practice practice practice. I appreciate patience in a teacher.
I work a regular 9-5 (sometimes 7-6) job; if I know that there's a night or two a week, or an afternoon as well on the weekend that I've got Polish class, it's on the calendar, and scheduled. At least once a week. I want to make consistent progress.

My parents were both born in Poland and Polish was my first language, although I am more proficient in English. I have a 5 and 6 year old that have been exposed to the Polish language through me, my parents and their nanny. I would like to hire someone to work with them once or twice a week to hone their Polish language speaking and writing skills. We went to Poland last summer to visit family and they learned a lot there, but their exposure is so limited that they are forgetting more than they are learning. Please let me know if you are available for an interview.
