I wish to learn conversationa l French which is used in the everyday environment in France. I assess my proficiency to be somewhere just above a beginner level as I have studied the language formally up to Year 12 but that was some 20 years ago now. I wish to meet and speak with a teacher as often as 3 times per week although in reality this will depend on how far I would need to travel to the lessons. I am looking for a person who is has patience, who can assist me to progress rapidly and who can teach me 'everyday' French rather than formal/gramma tically correct language. I would like a shorter more intensive approach rather than a long drawn-out timeframe (maybe 5-6 weeks tops).This may be a native french teacher but am open to whomever will most meet my requirements. I am very keen to begin as soon as possible as I was recently in Paris and was most frustrated that I could not fully express myself to the majority of people I met there. I intend to travel to France again in October and therefore would like to feel that I could hold my own in general conversation.

I am going to Norway for 6 months, and would like to get a basic grounding in Norwegian before I go. I am an absolute beginner, but have learned and am reasonably fluent in German. I would like to have weekly lessons from a native Norwegian, and hopefully gain some conversationa l skills. I think 2 hours a week is probably appropriate.

I am a 27 year old Australian male. I have been in Germany for over 3 years for work. My work has brought me back to Australia for 6 months and next stop is RUSSSIA for 6 months!
So i need to learn the russian langauge 'all the basics' over the next 6 months. Enough to get around.
I have already started learning russian by myself and help of some russian friends in germany. But i really need to sit down with a teacher and go through grammar etc. I know alot of words but i dont know how to string them together correctly.
I would like to have 1-2 lessons a week depending on my work load.
Also ... i do speak near fluent german, so the language learning skill is not a new concept to me. (Male, Female, etc)
