I am not a beginner - have taken private lessons for three of four years from a native speaker who has recently returned to Mexico City. We tried to keep the lessons going via Skype, but it was too frustrating.
I need work in conversationa l Spanish, prefer lessons twice a week in the mornings at my home in Riverview, Fl. I am a 65 yo retired home builder and a Hillsborough County Reserve Deputy Sheriff. My tutor must be a native speaker, have a strong sense of humor, have strong grammar skills.

As far as Arabic, I'm Syrian (born in US), Arabic was my 1st language taught from my family in slang firm, not formal. I still understand about 90-95%, but to speak, I've dropped to 60% or so (intermediate )...I want to learn for personal reasons. I am an absolute beginner, 47 year old male. I wish to learn Chinese for both business and personal conversation with friends in Beijing.
