I studied Japanese at university and lived for a while in Japan but have not really used it for the past 10 years. I have forgotten a lot of the language now but would like to start studying it again to see whether I can regain a decent level of spoken Japanese.
The highest level I reached was probably intermediate, with good spoken but a lower level of reading / writing skills.
I only have time for 1 lesson a week. I initially want to remember and practice the grammer I have forgotten and have someone to speak with in Japanese.

by the way I am totaly beginner at japannesse. I have almost seven free months to learn it.
Quality of teacher depends on how is he/she at class, interactive, enjoyable etc.

I'm trying to learn a different, more unique language in order to compete in the workforce. Japanese is a language which not many people know and learning it would be a great boost for any future career.
My proficiency level is beginner.
I want to dedicate an hour or two per week to Japanese.
The qualities I look for in a teacher is patience (a lot of it, really), friendliness, intelligence and experience.
