I was born in Germany, however moved to Australia with my parents when I was three years old. My father is German, however my mother is Dutch, hence we mostly spoke English at home. I plan to do postgraduate studies in Germany (sciences), and therefore must improve my German in all facets. My level at the moment would be intermediate.

I am a beginner and wanting to learn for career purposes and to help make travel easier. I have just under twelve months of study left in my visual arts degree and am eager to learn french and german as I plan to travel when my university studies are finished. I would need an hour or so a fortnight spent in lessons and then the rest doing personal study. I would like to be able to understand other people speaking to me and be able to converse proficiently enough to be understandabl e. Due to my musical studies I have some understanding of pronunciation in both languages though it is still limited. I am also willing to join in classes with others on a fortnightly or monthly basis.

I have basic Russian and would like a tutor in this language. At present I am only interested in conversation though at a later stage I would like to learn to read and write in this language. I am 16. My younger sister would also like to join me. I live in the Maddington area.
My sister and I would like to spend between 1-2 hours per week with the teacher. We both did TAFE Russian for six weeks at the adult night courses this year but there is only a beginner level and we want to continue so we are looking for a tutor.
