I am learning Thai because I am planning to study at Chulalongkorn University from June 2011. I also have a Thai friend and stepmother I would like to speak Thai well with.
My Thai level is at an early intermediate level. I can read and write better than I can speak and listen. Which is why I really want to be tutored live in person.
I have high goals for my Thai. I wish to improve every area of my Thai. But, the most important aspect is conversationa l Thai.
I would like to meet once or twice a week for one to two hours. I hope my tutor will help me set targets. Although I am highly motivated already.
I would like my teacher to be friendly and help me feel more confident in Thai conversation.
