I know alphabet but am a very slow reader. I also can understand something when I hear people speak but cannot speak.
I would like to learn Hebrew because I am Jewish and I would like to be fluent in my language. I would also like to use Hebrew for my career.
As for the time, I can dedicate a coupld of mornings or some evenings during a week. But this depends on how far I will have to travel.

I went to High School and did all four years of French. I love the language and need to learn and improve due to career advancement and will dedicate and due my best to learn and become a good French speaking person.
