I would like to learn Mandarin both for personal (but mainly) professional use. I do not have any clue on Mandarin language so that makes me a beginner! I would like to focus mainly on conversation for a start. I prefer to have lessons either in the weekends or late evening on weekdays. I am looking for a teacher who does not charge too much, that is supportive and friendly, someone that I'm comfortable with to learn Mandarin either live or online.

I am Chinese (not a native speaker or Chinese citizen) and I understand the basics (tone, writing, sentence structure). However, I've not used the language in several years and currently am very rusty.
My goal is to be able to hold everyday conversations if i were to travel to China, and to be able to conduct business in Chinese (including understanding basic negotiating skills for business China).
My key weaknesses include vocabulary, conversationa l skills & business usage. I can write & use a dictionary.
I intend to attain a certain proficiency, so i'm not sure how much time i'll need--depends on the teaching effectiveness & methods. But along those lines, I'd prefer a 'course fee' as opposed to an hourly rate, because that would help ensure clear teaching goals that hopefully will be easier to agreea upon; & ensure motivation on both sides.
Ide ally, my tutor will be a native Chinese speaker with some experience doing business in China.
