R eason for learning - I will be relocating to Taiwan in about 2 years and I would like to know a good amount of their national language before moving there.
Tim e to dedicate - Right now, I would like to spend about 8 hours a week. Anytime between Monday to Friday, 5pm to 10pm.
Type of teach I'm looking for - I would prefer someone who is between the ages of 23-29 years, just because it is closer to my age and I would feel more comfortable that way. A male or female is okay. I would like to learn in a fun way, like getting out and learning the outside environment, that kind of stuff.

I have no knowledge of the Mandarin language. I would like to learn basic conversation, and how to read a menu ect. I am travelling to Hangzhou China in August with my husband and two children to take an Chinese immersion program. Before I go I would like to learn the basic before I go. I am leaving Calgary at the end of June, and would like to take 2-3 lessons a week for 1-2 hours.Proball y in the evenings.
