Ok, for chinese (mandarin), I am fluent in talking, I've been to chinese school up untill level 3, the only problem is I want to learn how to read and write better. For French, I'm in french immersion, so I know like alot of grammar and stuff but I'm going back to english so I would like somebody that can help me learn more grammar, practicing pronounciatio n and things like that.
What I'm look for in a teacher:
For chinese: preferably, a native speaker but who can talk english fluently too.
For French: Either a native speaker or somebody who went through all the french immersion grades.
Ti me dedicated: I'll spend around a hour to a hour and a half each week. I'll be willing to practice and do homework.
Why?
I want to improve my chinese because I am chinese, I should be able to write and read, but sadly, I'm not so good at writing.
Why French? I think french is a beautiful language and also because it's the second official language of Canada. With french, I'll be able to get jobs more easily, communicate with people and what not.

I am a 16 year old girl. My mother and i have recently immigratted to Mauritius from Zimbabwe. My mother is working in Mauritius and at the moment i am not in school. I would like to learn French, firstly because i am not doing anyhting at the moment and secondly because my mother and i plan to stay in Mauritius for a long period. I would like to learn French from the very beginning. I am willing to dedicate a lot of time into learning the language so that hopefully i will learn faster. I am a chef looking to travel to Europe some time next year to continue my learning. I speak and understand little french and spanish, would rate my skill level at 2 for both languages. I would be able to dedicate 2-4 hours a day 2-5 days a week. As far as a teacher goes, I am just looking for someone that will be able to relate to me and the way I learn.
