Hello,
I have taken a year of Arabic at the university level as an undergraduate student. I would consider myself a beginner/inte rmediate student. I know the alphabet, verb conjugation, possesive nouns, some grammar rules for formal Arabic, and limited experience with Classical Arabic. I would like to develop my grammar skills, expand my vocabulary and be able to use the Arabic dictionary.
I am a graduate student and would like to learn Arabic for both professional and personal reasons. I would be able to donate an hour or two a week to in-person lessons.

I have been intrested in learning Arabic for quite some time, and i think it will be essential for a career advancement. I am a beginner and i need particular improvement in grammar and some conversation skills. At the moment i am overseas in Europe but during the summer i will be in California and hope to devote as much time as needed to learn Arabic fluentlly.
