I would definitely love to learn french fluently. I compete for Canada and I am around alot of french speaking people. I know a bit of french from doing it in school. I need to improve grammar, coversation, and writing. I want my teacher to be strict but at the same time fun. I want my teacher to really focus more on speaking in french than in english.

I am going to south of France in July for cooking school and I would like to learn some French before I go. Cooking classes are conducted in English but I thought it might be nice to know some French. I have absolutely no experience in learning French. I am from Japan, native in Japanese, and I am fluent in spoken/writte n English. I learned Spanish at university but it was 20 years ago...
