I have always been interested in Latin as it is the basis of so many words and so many phrases come from Latin. I am an absolute beginner and want to learn for my own interest, I'd love to be able to go to an old house or church and be able to read the Latin inscriptions.
I am a single mum so can't afford much.
I'm looking I guess for maybe an hour or two a week in or around Bedford.
Languages were never my strong suit at school but as this is something I'm interested in I'm hoping that will help me learn. Would need someone with patience as I understand it is quite a hard language to learn.

My daughter has just taken GCSE exam in Latin and would like to continue at A-S level but her school is not offering this course. I would like to do this independently .
