Hi,
I would like to learn to read, write and speak arabic as my husband is Egyptian, we always have the intention of him teaching me, but we never get round to it! I would like to be able to speak with his family and also suprise him.
I would say I am a complete begginer. I work away from home on a 2 weeks on 1 weeks off roster, so I am only in the city 1 week every 3. Although I will have time to study while I am away working.

I am an absolute beginner, I don't know any Arabic.
I wish to learn Arabic to be able to communicate with my Arabic Mother in Law! I would like to spend a couple of hours per week learning Arabic. i am a beginner looking to learn egyptian arabic at an adequate level, to enable me to do an interpretor's course in Perth at central tafe.
i am willing to spend over 15 hours a week to achieve this, with bi-weekly lessons.
