My husband and I are planning a 10 day trip to Lisbon, Portugal in November 2013. We will be staying in a hotel in the city center. During this time, we would like to schedule 10 days of private lessons for the two us. We are interested in 2 hour lessons per day. We are complete beginners! My first language is English and my husbands first language is Italian. The reason we would like to learn some basic Portuguese is because we will soon be adopting a child from Brazil. We would like to learn basic conversation for communicating with the child and survival Portuguese for getting around Brazil. We are open to lessons in either the early morning or late afternoon/eve ning. We would like to meet for lessons at the teacher’s location or at a cafe or bookstore. We are open to any possibility (even the hotel where we will be staying). Please write to us with information about your qualification s and fee per hour or package along with where you are most interested in giving the lessons. We are only interested in lessons, which will be held in the city center of Lisbon. Thank you for your consideration . We look forward to hearing from you.

Ola, I have just moved to Lisbon. I understand a bit and speak a little Portuguese but would like to properly start learning the language. I am a teacher of English by the first profession so I would appreciate a good methodology. My future husband and his family are Portuguese, so I get a lot of practice, what I need is grammar structure.

I want to learn English because of the fact that my husband doesn't speak Portuguese that much. I just want to know the basic and also to be able to answer question in English. If also thinking of opening a business that would involves reading and writing.
