Hi,
I'm learning Portuguese (Brazil) mainly because I'll be travelling to South America for 3 months, staying in Brazil for 1.5 months. Also, I have an interest in the language as I've made quite a few Brazilian friends through the sport of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu that I regularly engage in.
I am a beginner, only having had a few informal language classes with my Brazilian friends. I would like to have a stronger focus on conversationa l skills as I'll be travelling and would like to be less 'gringo' when I'm in Brazil.
I'm looking to have regular lessons, possibly 3-5 days/week. I like a teacher who is passionate, easy to communicate and fun. =)

I am interested in learning Portuguese for personal development. I think it's a fascinating language and I've always wanted to become fluent in another language. I am a beginner. I would dedicate 2-3 hours a week to my language lessons. I would prefer if my teacher was a native speaker of the language and if he/she could make the class more fun.
