hello my name is Jessica and i am wanting to learn spanish. I recently moved here from florida a month ago. My husband and his family are of course mexican and speak spanish. my husband speaks spanish but just has never taught me. he also speaks english. I will be working in Mexico City for the summer and want a private tutor to meet with 4-6 hours a week to improve my Spanish. I am at a beginner/inte rmediate level. I would like to focus on converstation , but also need to improve my grammar and expand my vocabulary.
I am working in Sante Fe and living in La Condesa, so ideally I need someone that is conveniently located to one of those areas or willing to travel. I work until 5pm Mon-Fri and would need someone who is available in the evenings.

Hello:
I am from New Jersey. I am trying to make it to Tijuana around the middle to the end of August 2008.
I returned to college 3 years ago full-time to obtain a degree in Spanish, and I graduated last year. I did not have anyone to practice with so NO fluency. I need to practice the SOUNDS and to be able to communicate fluently.
I see that you have live in person. What are the costs? I am still a student learning another language so I am trying to keep down my costs. I want to be able to stay for 6-8 weeks so that I am not under any pressure like I was in school. I have relocated to LA, and I plan to make San Diego my home once I get out of school.
I have been to Tijuana before when looking at schools in San Diego and LA.
If you cannot help, can you recommend someone because I am on a fixed budget as a student.
