I am a beginner portuguese student, who attends Howard University. I decided to take Portuguese because I didn't want to follow the crowd and take Spanish. I know that this will not be an easy class and am prepared to dedicate many hours on this subject. The teacher at Howard University for Portuguese is often absent and I feel as though I need the extra help to push me into the right direction. my proficiecy is beginner. i am learning because i am very interested in chinese culture and i plan to travel if not live there. im a beginner so i need tudoring on everything.id practice at home probably 30 minutes a day but id love to take an hour lesson ever week. im loking for a patient teacher and someone who is willing to teach a very intellegent 13 year old.
