Hello my name is Moises Alcala or 'moe' for short. I currently am trying to learn Japanese but its not going so well. My Spanish level is beginner and I have never taken a Spanish course before. I plan to go to Honduras at the end of February to take part in an archaeologica l dig. I would like to learn both basic conversationa l Spanish to help me get around town and technical language that I can use to communicate with Honduran archaeologist s and workers. I would like a teacher who is familiar with archaeology or social science field work in Latin America. I am very committed to learning quickly and am willing to invest as much time and energy as necessary. I do not have false hope that I will become fluent in such a short time, but I do know that I can master the material needed for my work in Honduras.
