HI - I am 28 years of age, and i am getting married to my partner in 6 months. He is from Ireland. Although he doens't speak the native language, I have found myself very interested in learning it.
Hi sister in law can speak it as well as some cousins, and it has always fascinated me. I tend to pick up languages rather quickly, as I grew up bi-lingual. I speak english, german and swiss german.
I would be very apprecaitve is someone is able to point me in the right direction of getting some knowledge of where i may be able to join classes or do online tutorials.

Last month my daughter and I holidayed in Japan and Korea for a total of three and a half weeks. It was easy in Japan as Meagan speaks Japanese, but I realised that the Lonely Planet phrase book was not going to be adequate for further visits to Korea and I needed to learn Hangul. I fell in love with Seoul and I am planning to return.
I am a total beginner and eventually would like to be able to conduct basic conversations , watch Kdramas without fully depending on subs and learn about Korean culture. I hope I am not aiming too high!
I work part time in a primary school, so I am available during the day
Thursday s and Fridays, or most nights for a few hours.
I live in the outer SE suburbs of Melbourne, but will travel into the CBD or within an hour of my home.
I hope to find a teacher who is patient and can help me with my goals.
