Hello I am a beginner with the Thai language. I just spent 2 months in Thailand for the first time and really enjoyed it. The country is beautiful and I loved the culture, food, and people. I plan to be returning next year and would like my conversationa l skills to be better. I have about 9 months before I go back. One the qualities in a teacher I would be looking for would be patience. I tried learning some of the language on my own but it was a very slow process. I am motivated to learn and with some instruction I am sure I can do better.

We adopted a from China who is now in kindergarten. Our ultimate desire is for her to be fluent in her native language. She was adopted at age 1 so has no Chinese language background due to her early adoption. She did, however, begin to take Chinese classes as part of her curriculum at New Life Academy of Excellence (a Gwinnett Co. charter school). We recently transferred her to the Gwinnett School in our area. We strongly desire for her to continue to build on her beginning foundation.
