I am also a TV/Film Producer and a Computer Systems Engineer. I speak English, Hindi, Urdu, Tamil and Telugu. I know a smattering of Spanish, German, Kannada and Malayalam as well. I am interested in learning Portuguese because I hope to move to Brazil in the next year. I spent 6 months in Brazil in 2001 and I spoke fairly well at that time. I am still able to understand Portuguese quite well, although I have forgotten a lot of the vocabulary and I have trouble expressing myself. I am interested in finding a private teacher for lessons in conversationa l Portuguese. I would like to meet once a week if possible. I am interested in a teacher who is a native Portuguese speaker with some teaching experience.

I'm interested in learning Russian. I know very basic phrases, but that's about it. I want to learn it for fun. I have Russian friends that I think it would be nice to talk with in Russian. I've always had an interest in learning Russian. I would like to have one session a week and then work on what we went during the week. I know very little croatian, though my uncle and grandpa speak it (they are from the Dalmatian Islands region), and I travel to croatia often so I have been exposed to the language a lot. I would like to learn Croatian for my travels there. I could dedicate almost every night to learning the language for a hour or 2. I'm looking for a teacher that can teach me the dialect spoken in Split, not in Zagreb or other parts of Croatia. I would like a teacher who could help me learn skills in a way that I can apply them to the language and someone who can be patient.
