I'm deciding to pick up the Japanese language out of my interest in the culture. My goal is to get off an airplane in Japan and come across any person and be able to have a conversation. My level of proficiency is beginner only for the fact that I'm looking for a solid person to be able to have conversation with while I'm learning. Improvement areas? I guess everything, but I feel that I'll be able to pick up sounds and pronunciation fairly quickly. My involvement into my studies of the language is on my own time since I'll be the one paying for them of course. The only qualities I'm looking for in a teacher is patience and understanding . A little humor won't hurt either.

I have already started to learn Norwegian on my own (very little) and I would like to know the whole language, because I am planning on moving there with my Norwegian boyfriend after I graduate. I am willing to dedicate a lot of my time to learning Norwegian because I need to know the language. My name is Alicia Johnson. I'm very interested in learning Russian and learning more about the culture. I find it interesting I also dated some who's Russian I love the language all around. I like learning different things this will also help me understand and communicate more with my Russian friends also to advance my career. I've always been into different language. I work a lot but I'm willing to dedicate to my time to my teacher in a classroom two times a week. I want my teacher to teach me everything since I am a beginner. The money that I'm investing in this I want my money's worth. I also want a dedicated teacher. I want to have every textbook that is needed for my course and just be comfortable around my peers.
