I was born in Vietnam but immigrated to Canada at 3 years old. I can understand 'everyday' vietnamese fluently and although my pronunciation is quite good, I am not comfortable speaking. I enrolled a vietnamese language class offered by the Ottawa Board of Education last year with the objective of learning how to read and write. It did not work out very well. I would like to find a teacher who will offer private lessons two - three times a week during the evenings. I would like to learn all areas of vietnamese - speaking, writing and reading. If you have had previous experience teaching vietnamese to english speaking students and have a planned curriculum and course material, please, please, please contact me. I am very motivated to learn.

I would like to find a teacher that will teach me how to speak japanese, so I may get a headstart since i'm planning on studying languages and linguistics in university. I am not even a beginner yet,but looking forward to learn Cantonese.The purpose is mostly personal but also business related.I definetely would like to get to know all the areas of the language but considering my backgrougd and the difficulty of the language I wouldlike to start with basic gramma and mainly conversation.
