I have recently returned to the United States after living for a year in Kazakhstan. While there I lived with a host family and learned to speak Russian at an intermediate level. I hope to continue learning this language for use in the international field later in my life. I also wish to progress in this language so as to maintain contact with my friends in Kazakhstan.
I wish to dedicate a few hours a week to studying this language with a tutor as well as a few hours of individual study on my own. I am looking for a dedicated and innovative language instructor who is willing to converse in the Russian language, guiding me to new vocabulary and accuracy in grammar, pronunciation , and writing along the way.

My proficiency level is that of a beginner.
I work with college-level international students, and most of my students come from India. I would like to be able to relate to them better, and I believe that learning Hindi would help me to do that.
I need improvement in all areas: reading, vocabulary, grammer, and conversation.
