I have just started learning Hindi, and not yet capable of conversing.

Well I don't have a drop of Russian blood in me so I am a beginner.
I want to learn this language because I love the culture, history, music and everything about Russia and simply I want to learn it.

I want to continue learning Japanese. Last year I passed the JLPT level 4. I lived in Japan for 13 months as well, so I'd say I'm between a beginner and intermediate. In total I have studied about 2 years. My hiragana and katakana are excellent but kanji is overall weak.
I want to continue to master grammer, improve my fluency and speed during conversation. I have been using the Minna No Nihongo textbook, and am on the second textbook.
I can dedicate about 4 hours a week to study, this includes time in lesson and study time at home. I always listen to Japanese and practice conversation with a cd 15 minutes every night as well.
I am looking for a teacher that wants to enforce my grammer and all points so that it is perfect.
