I want to learn Danish and Swedish because I am looking for opportunity to work in Scandinavia in the future. My level of Danish is intermediate for reading and listening but beginner for writing and speaking. My level of Swedish is beginner. I would like to improve my pronunciation and listening in both Danish and Swedish and since I am now having my holiday, I can devote as much time as the teacher wants to learn either of these two languages. Our daughter, Amalie Herluf Macnaughtan, is half English, half Danish. She can study English at school here in England, but not Danish.
We are looking for a native Danish speaking teacher, who from September 2013 will either
1)Travel to our daughter's school in Calne, Wiltshire, and give her weekly lessons there, or
2)Trave l to our home nearby and give lessons there, or to whom
3)Our daughter travels to receive lessons, where the teacher's office is based

I moved to Copenhagen 1,5 years ago and recently decided to stay here after my studies. Thus, I need Danish for everyday life as well as for my career here in Denmark.
I attend Danish lessons in one of the schools, but I feel that I haven't progressed for a while and need individual lessons. Thus, I want to find teacher who could spend 3-6 hours a month with me individually (while I will continue going to classes).
My goal is to overcome myself and finally start speaking Danish. Also I want quicker progress in mastering the language.
