I have been going to turkey on holiday for past four years and have picked up some of the turkish language along the way and have tried to learn a little from teach yourself books. But i would like one on one tuition with a native turk so i can learn to understand and hold a conversation. This will help me if and when i move to Turkey which is my dream.
So i need someone who lives in Birmingham or surrounding areas with time and patience on their hands, private tuition at my home of theirs would be great.

I am a beginner and wish to learn turkish. I want to learn this language as I have just returned from Istanbul and wish to persue a career there, and i am also very interested in the culture. I would like to dedicate an hour a week to my lessons.. I am looking for a friendly, hard working tutor who is willing to help me learn turkish. I would like to learn some basic beginner Turkish over the next few months. I am studying in Istanbul in September and although I plan on studying Turkish while I am there i would like to get a head start over the summer. I do not speak any Turkish at all so I am a complete beginner. I am willing to dedicate a few hours a week to Turkish lessons. I would prefer to have lessons in person, but I am open to the idea of doing it online as long as I can hear my teacher speaking Turkish and he or she can hear and correct me.
